Terms & Conditions Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "you", "your") and Zoom Doctor ("Company", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the Zoom Doctor mobile application, website, services, features, content, and tools (collectively, the "App" or "Services").
By downloading, accessing, or using Zoom Doctor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Platform Purpose
Doctor discovery, appointment booking, and information aggregation.
Not a Medical Provider
Zoom Doctor is not a medical service provider or a substitute for professional medical advice.
User Responsibility

About Zoom Doctor
Zoom Doctor is a doctor discovery, appointment booking, and information aggregation platform. We collect and display publicly available and voluntarily submitted information about doctors, clinics, medical professionals, and healthcare service providers to help users:
- Discover doctors and clinics
- View clinic profiles, timings, fees, qualifications
- Book appointments
- Access relevant health service information
Important: Zoom Doctor is not a medical service provider, not a hospital, and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Definitions
User
Any individual accessing or using the App.
Doctor/Clinic/Healthcare Provider
Medical providers listed or registered on the App.
Content
All data, profiles, text, graphics, images, links, and materials displayed in the App.
Personal Data
Information identifying a user, governed by the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
By using Zoom Doctor, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old,
- You have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract,
- You are using the App for lawful purposes only,
- You will comply with these Terms and applicable local laws.
Note: Minors (below 18) may only use the App with parental/guardian supervision.
Account Registration & Responsibilities
4.1 Creating an Account
To access certain features (appointments, messaging, etc.), you may be required to create an account and provide accurate information.
4.2 You agree to:
- Provide true, complete, and updated information
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Take responsibility for actions taken under your account
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access caused by your negligence.

- Does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe
- Is not responsible for medical decisions by providers
Medical decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare professionals.
6.2 Information Accuracy
We aggregate doctor/clinic information from:
- Public registries
- Clinics/doctors themselves
- Third-party partners
- Manual/automated research
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is always accurate, updated, complete, or verified.
